The Role

As our Project Manager, you will take full ownership of 2–4 concurrent mobile projects from discovery to post-launch support. You will be the main bridge between clients, stakeholders, and our development, design, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of native and cross-platform mobile app projects
• Create and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation
• Lead all Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos)
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and client expectations
• Act as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Track progress and proactively resolve blockers
• Collaborate closely with Design, Development, and QA teams

Hard Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of Project Management in mobile app development (iOS/Android or Flutter/React Native)
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies (Scrum Master or PMP is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and modern PM tools
• Good understanding of mobile technologies: Swift, Kotlin, Firebase, APIs, App Store processes
• Experience managing project budgets and resources
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
